Mahindra Satyam today posted a loss of Rs 327 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2011 as compared to Rs 58.9 crore profit in the previous quarter in the same fiscal year. The net sales for the quarter has been posted at Rs 1,375 crore as compared to Rs 1,279.3 crore in the previous quarter.
The exceptional loss has been registered at 571 crore due to class action settlement.
The shares of Mahindra Satyam were trading 4.81% down at 73.20 post results, on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
